Historically documented food recipes inspired by historical testimonies.  Kleftiko (traditional Greek recipe with marinated lamb), chylopites (Greek style homemade pasta) and trahana (traditional food made from wheat kneaded with milk), goat stew, lamb and bushmeat, local cheeses and other flavours of the traditional cuisine. Decorative touches, music, screenings and costumes complement the 1821 dining experience.

Figs, olives, cured foods, raisins, pasteli (traditional sesame bars), lalaghia (pastry made in strips and fried), cheeses and wines, flavours of the past in both authentic and contemporary versions. The traditional products constitute the link of the creativity which traverses and unites the past with the present.
